In the Community: Moonlight Ramble
The Moonlight Ramble is the longest running nighttime bike ride in the US and a great source of pride for St. Louis. The ride that began with one rider has grown into an annual tradition with thousands of riders taking to the streets of St. Louis at midnight under the light of the moon.
Tanner Putt and Ken Hanson had a meet and greet before the ride, where they signed posters and took pictures with fans. Ken Hanson had this to say after the event, “The Moonlight Ramble is a great event! To see over 10,000 people out for a fun ride was exciting to see and be a part of. The event has been going on for over 60 years which is absolutely amazing!”
The event was sponsored by AARP, who is great partner of UnitedHealthcare. The UnitedHealthcare Pro Cycling Team was excited to attend an awesome event where 10,000 + people were out riding their bikes and enjoying the sport of cycling as much as we do!
